2024 Supported Charity

KAOS are delighted to be supporting Crosshouse Children's Fund as our chosen charity for our 2024 production of Calamity Jane and there will be a bucket collection at the end of each performance.

Crosshouse Children’s Fund is an amazing charity who raise vital funds to ensure that babies and children in Ayrshire have the very best care. Funds raised bring the latest in medical equipment to Ayrshire, help families navigate the pressures of their child’s hospital journey and help children cope in hospital.

From the tiniest babies in the neonatal unit at Ayrshire Maternity, to the children’s wards at Crosshouse and across the community. Crosshouse Children’s Fund is for Ayrshire’s children in hospital.

KAOS in the Kirk

It was a pleasure to be invited to sing at New Laigh Kirk, Kilmarnock in September 2023.

Members of KAOS, led by Liz and Tom Daniels, sang various songs from stage shows including 'Oliver', 'Newsies' and 'Priscilla, Queen of the Desert'. Our compere for the evening was the talented Robert Fyfe.

The choir had the privilege of singing with our guest soloist, Campbell Kerr who went on to capture the audience with his rendition of Anthem from 'Chess' and other great favourites.

Cassidy Murray, Emma Sarginson, Michael Gallagher and Megan Cook entertained with their excellent solo performances.

A lovely evening was had by all. The church was most welcoming and have invited us to return later this year.

KAOS Ball & Awards Night, April 2023

After our ‘fabulous’ run of ‘Sister Act’ in 2023, our president - Cassidy Murray - began a new tradition with our annual ‘KAOS Ball and Awards Night!’

We dawned our glad rags, popped some bubbly and celebrated another successful show week.

Awards were dished out for accolades such as ‘Best Comedic Performance’, ‘Best Costume’ and ‘Fiercest Show Photo’ as well as special recognitions such as the ‘Rising Star’ and ‘Shining Star’ award.

After the awards ceremony we took to the dance floor for a well earned boogie and danced the night away!

We’re all looking forward to doing it all again this April!

Fancy joining us at these events in the future? Keep an eye on our socials for information about our new members auditions - we’d love to have you!
